I’m very grateful to Chris and JP for their vision for the 302 Collective and the impact it will have on our student-athletes. Having an additional outlet for our student-athletes to garner NIL opportunities will provide an excellent tool for our coaches as they recruit student-athletes to Delaware.

I am thrilled about the launch of the 302 Collective. This will help us stay relevant with the ever-changing landscape of the NCAA. It will also put us in a position to attract some elite level talent to our program.

The UD Football program is so thrilled about our partnership with the new 302 Collective. Our ability to attract and retain the best teammates and student-athletes will be what continues our current success, and propels us into our next phase in Conference USA.

The 302 Collective and our Blue Hens men's lacrosse NIL. initiatives have been critical in our ongoing efforts to attract, recruit, and retain the very best student-athletes in the country. When Blue Hen athletes sign up with 302 Collective, what should they expect?

Joining 302 Collective is totally free, and it shows you’re interested in exploring the awesome NIL opportunities we create. No matter your sport, we’re here to support ALL UD student-athletes in building their brand and earning income through NIL!

Is 302 Collective affiliated with the University of Delaware, Delaware Diamonds Society, or Team 302?

While we might not be officially part of the UD family like the Delaware Diamonds Society, or Team 302, we share the same goal: supporting the amazing students and athletes at the University of Delaware. 302 Collective is a separate organization, but we’re all cheering for the Blue Hens and working together to create a fantastic experience for everyone.

Are there limitations on NIL deals?

There is no NIL law in Delaware. However, the University of Delaware has an NIL policy in place that goes along with the conference policies and student-athletes are obligated to follow the policy.

How can businesses get involved?

Businesses can show their Blue Hen pride by teaming up with UD’s amazing athletes. At 302 Collective, we’re your one-stop shop to connect with Blue Hens and create awesome partnerships. We’ll handle everything – introductions, marketing, logistics, and even making sure things stay NCAA and UD compliant. What type of opportunities will there be for student athletes?

We connect UD athletes with a ton of awesome opportunities, from autograph sessions and media interviews to community events and fan experiences. It’s a chance for athletes to shine, connect with their fans, and earn some cash – all while representing the Blue Hens they love!
